1. Data controller

The App is published by Netion Limited. Contact: info@netion.com.hk

2. Information we process

• Language preference — stored on your device.
• Saved car parks — stored on your device.
• Push notification token — if you enable alerts, sent to our API so we can deliver vacancy alerts.
• Notification preferences — alert threshold, quiet hours, watched car park IDs (when alerts are enabled).
• Approximate location — if you grant permission, used only on-device to sort nearby car parks; not uploaded for tracking.

3. Open data

Vacancy figures come from Transport Department open data via data.gov.hk. We cache and sync this data on our server.

4. How we use information

• Show vacancy listings and favourites.
• Deliver optional push alerts you opted into.
• Respect quiet hours and language preferences.

5. Retention

Push tokens and watch lists are kept while you use alerts. You can disable notifications in the App. Device-local favourites remain until you clear app data.

6. Third parties

Push delivery uses Expo / Apple / Google notification services according to your platform. We do not sell personal data or use advertising SDKs.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above will change when we do.
